Stroup is a Fort Wayne-based artist, originally from Monroe, Indiana, who has participated in a number of Art This Way projects. The Grand Street mural is part of United Way’s Day of Caring project run by Fort Wayne Downtown Improvement District. Volunteers removed weeds and trash from the site, and this mural will further beautify this Downtown gateway. This mural is powered by your Fort Wayne Downtown Improvement District.
